Quality and environmental policy
Bruerre Eme SA as a company to the service of its customers and the
whole community of which it takes part, and in order to give
priority to the quality of the products and services that provides,
and to contribute to the preservation of the environment, has as
main aims:
- To satisfy the need s and expectations of its interested parties and to gain participation in the markets.
- To protect sustainable resources, establishing environmental protection guidelines in its industrial speciality.
For the announced, the company establishes the following actions:

To establish the aims, quality and environmental goals and carry
out their periodical review.

To deliver quality products, adjusted to the requirements
specified by the company or customers.

To fulfil the laws, regulations and procedures related to the
products, environmental protection and other requirements that the
company supports.
- To continuously improve quality and environmental strategies of product manufacture.

To prevent pollution and minimize negative environmental impacts
on natural resources, mainly water.

To train its personnel, so as to be aware of environmental care
and quality issues.

To carry out processes so as to minimize risks for products,
people or environment.

To regularly evaluate the convenience, suitability, effectiveness
and continuous alignment of the quality and environmental
management system with the strategies of the company, by means of
the provided tools for it.
The President assures that quality and environmental policy is
communicated internally, to the interested parties, it is
understood and applied by the whole company personnel and the
necessary and sufficient resources are assigned according to the
established requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE
Bruerre Eme S.A. has implemented and maintains an Integrated
Management System (Quality and Environment) which is certified
according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards since 1997 and
1999, respectively.
The company has an industrial establishment located in Province of
Buenos Aires, maintaining an afforestation program of the property
and having achieved an index of 150 trees per hectare. In this way
it contributes to mitigate the effects of climate change.
On the other hand, as a way to improve the environmental
performance, the company has a policy of continuous reduction of the
kilograms of hazardous waste generated per metric ton of processed
product.
